Customers who systematically pay their invoices late.
New customers whose reliability you don't know.
Payment terms agreed without adequate information.
Difficulty forecasting collections and managing liquidity.
FlowFinance turns financial and commercial information into better-informed business decisions.
Use the available balance sheet information to understand the customer's financial situation.
Review the payment history of the invoices you issued to the customer, where that information is available.
Review a concise assessment of the customer's credit risk, based on the available information.
Use the analysis to set payment terms, monitor your customer portfolio and plan your cash flow.
The customer's income, financial and asset position, derived from the available balance sheet.
The actual payment behavior, derived from the invoices you have already issued to the customer.
A concise assessment, based on the available information.
A customer with an apparently solid balance sheet can still show irregular payments: actual delays towards their own suppliers is information the balance sheet alone doesn't show.
Conversely, a history of on-time payments is a useful signal, but it doesn't erase any financial weaknesses that emerge from the balance sheet: the two sources complement each other.
FlowFinance summarizes the available information on each customer into a 0-100 reliability index, with a credit risk classification.

Reliability index
Contributing factors
The index is based on the available information. Where the payment history or the most recent balance sheet is missing, the assessment relies on the other sources and should be read with greater caution.
Instead of reading balance sheets and invoice lists separately, the index gives you a single, immediate measure to compare customers, set payment terms and monitor the overall quality of your portfolio.
The index helps you ask the right questions and guide your commercial assessments. It doesn't guarantee that a customer will pay: the final decision always rests with the person evaluating the credit.
Synthetic demonstration data. The scale and classifications match those in the application (index 0-100, low, medium or high risk).
How combining the balance sheet with the payment history can lead to different payment terms for different customers.
How the analysis can guide the decision
The available information supports standard payment terms, with regular monitoring of the due-date schedule.
The final decision always rests with the company. This comparison is an illustrative simulation with synthetic data: it is not a real credit assessment nor a payment forecast.
Reports and analysis to understand liquidity, collections and the reliability of your entire customer portfolio, not just the individual customer.
Visualize money in and money out, and the projected cash position, week by week.
Track how payments and collections evolve over time and spot trend changes.
The reliability index on each customer feeds the overall assessment of your portfolio's quality.
Know your trade credit to your main customers and the potential risk areas.
Reports ready for conversations with your bank, shareholders and collaborators.

Multiple users from the same organization can work on FlowFinance. The administrator manages access and permissions, so each person only sees and does what is theirs.
Invites users, defines granular roles and permissions for each module and manages the organization.
Handles invoices, payments and due-date schedules: the operational level where payment behavior data originates.
Reviews dashboards, reliability indexes and reports to make decisions on credit and payment terms.
Access only to the modules the administrator has granted permission for: shared visibility, without exposing everything to everyone.
Granular per-module permissions: dashboard, customers, invoices, payments, reports and forecasts. Information is only visible to authorized users of the organization.
Many customers, thin margins and long payment terms: a single insolvent customer can wipe out the margin of dozens of orders.
Assess every customer's reliability before granting credit and monitor your portfolio's exposure over time.
Large recurring orders with long payment cycles: cash is tied up for months before collection.
Combine balance sheet analysis with payment history to decide how much credit to grant each order supplier.
Projects that close late and balances collected months later, often with recurring delays.
Before major supplies, check the customer's reliability and agree payment terms that fit their profile.
Services delivered before payment and limited ability to protect yourself: one late customer immediately weighs on liquidity.
Decide payment terms and deposits based on concrete data, not on trust, and keep your due-date schedule under control.
Continuous invoicing and cash-sensitive operations: collection delays immediately spread to fuel, staff and vehicles.
Forecast collections, monitor due dates and spot early the customers whose payment behavior is deteriorating.
